Having worked in healthcare prior to recruitment and having a passion for the health and wellness space, this has organically lead to our clients being across Healthcare, Health and Wellness, Medical Practices and FMCG.

Mel is passionate about supporting clients to make the best choice for their business and looks at all aspects of the role and organisation to ensure the client’s requirements are met across skill level, cultural fit and future development of the team.

Being a qualified coach Mel works with candidates to ensure they are ready for any opportunity, not only through aligning them with the right role, but working through such things as mindset techniques, positive thinking strategies, interview preparation and career counselling.
