Rob Whitechurch is the founder, director and creative force behind The Effective People Group. He has worked with individuals and organisations for more than 20 years, helping people to improve their leadership capability and personal effectiveness, implement broad process, system and behavioural change and transform cultures to enable greater organisational and personal success.
Rob’s background in psychology, together with an MBA and direct experience in HR operational roles across a range of industries and organisational settings, drives his unique approach to create tailored, evidence-based solutions that are grounded, practical and real.

Working in projects and change management was a turning point for me - it sparked my interest in supporting organisations to deliver HR and people development services with true accountability and impact.
